How to make reservations

Make Reservations

Making reservations for your group can be really easy to make.  First, decide what day is good for your group to take a B.C. Tour.  Please plan out about 3 to 4 weeks as it is easier to collect the money and make arrangements.  Second, call Rusty Carter at B.C. Tours (303-978-9615) to make sure the day you picked is open and finally call the museum or zoo to make school group reservations if need be.

Admission into the museums and zoos are ridiculously high when you need to pay for teachers, parents and students.  However, you can take advantage of a student program that will save you money.  The Denver Museum of Nature and Science and the Denver Zoo offer school group rates and most of the time a couple of teachers or parents (chaperones) get in for free.  You will need to call ahead and make these reservations as the museum or zoo wants to talk directly to the teacher or group leader about numbers, price and times.
